Thirteen states go to the polls in all corners of the country to cast votes for preferred candidates during the presidential election. Super Tuesday can be decisive in terms of fund raising for candidates, political momentum going into the final stages of the primary season, and can determine who the Democrats and Republicans will select as their presidential candidate hopeful during party conventions later in the summer.
